Programme overview

We work with our clients to help them solve their most complex and pressing problems. We help businesses build trust and confidence by supporting them to:

* Better manage and mitigate risk
* Enhance and optimise their risk and internal control environments through use of technology, data & AI
* Operate key components of their risk, internal audit and compliance functions
* Better integrate and align risk, controls and assurance across their businesses

What you will be doing

* Getting to know our client’s businesses, their strengths and opportunities for improvements.
* Deliver across a breadth of service offerings spanning process and controls, digital risk, data, risk, regulation and compliance
* Helping to communicate your results and recommendations for improvement directly to clients with impact
* Ensure the timely delivery of quality deliverables, maintain regular contact with seniors, managers and team members.
* Stay informed of general business, economic and technology related developments and understand the impact to the client.
* You’ll be working across a portfolio of clients assigned to you. This will involve a mixture of hybrid working – travelling to client offices, working in the EY office and occasionally from home. It will vary by client/project and will depend on the requirements of both the client and project team.

* Accelerate your technical capabilities and transformative leadership skills with future-focused courses and development programmes.
* Broaden your horizons by working on highly integrated teams across the globe and collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds — both professionally and culturally.

* Develop your own personal purpose and help us create a positive ripple effect on our teams, our business, clients and society.

Here at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience. We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential.
