Key Responsibilities
1. Advising employers and/or employees across the full range of employment law matters
2. Supporting and collaborating with the Bristol office on existing and incoming work
3. Playing a central role in establishing and growing the Cardiff office
4. Developing client relationships and contributing to business development
5. Helping shape the culture, processes, and strategic direction of the Cardiff team
What We’re Looking For
6. Strong technical experience in employment law
7. A proactive, solutions-focused approach
8. Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
9. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team
10. Interest in helping grow a boutique practice and regional presence
