Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
1. Management, development and coaching of Lead, Senior and Pricing Analysts (circa team of 5)
2. Monitoring and management of trading position to ensure targets are met
3. Oversight and approval of the maintenance and application of models of customer and market behaviours; incorporating machine learning into behavioural models; enabling the exploration of new techniques to improve models
Qualifications required:
4. Educated to degree level or equivalent in a numerical discipline or qualified by experience
Experience required:
5. Extensive experience in insurance pricing or related analytical background
6. Detailed knowledge or experience of price optimisation
7. Experience in using Emblem, Radar, Databricks or industry equivalent
