Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer will include, but may not be limited to;
3. Carry out transactional tasks such as purchase ledger and bank cash claims.
4. Posting of bank and cash information.
5. Perform financial and systems reconciliations.
6. Manage the processing of financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
7. Prepare financial reports and statements for review.
8. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
9. Preparing reports on ledger transactions/
10. Handle queries related to financial transactions.
11. Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
12. Provide support to other team members as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
13. Not for Profit and Charities background desirable but not essential.
14. Ability to commute to Carlisle.
15. A background in Accounting & Finance.
16. Strong numerical skills.
17. Proficiency in financial software applications.
18. Excellent attention to detail.
19. Strong communication and team-working skills.
