Customer Service Administrator – Virtual Bridges

We are seeking a highly professional and can‑do attitude individual with strong customer service skills and effective communication via phone and email. Previous experience in logistics is preferable; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Managing and processing quotations/bookings primarily for import/export UK/Ireland shipments, liaising with customers, other depots, and transport companies.
* Coordinating transport bookings with the transport department and handling transportation documents.
* Monitoring the progress of consignments.
* Ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
* Dealing with Customs & Excise requirements.
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
* Experience using Microsoft Office.
* Strong administrative experience – proficient with Microsoft programs.
Salary will depend on experience.
