Aubay is seeking a talented Application Architect passionate about developing high-quality applications to join our client's team. Your role involves collaborating with architects, business units, and clients to deliver software designs aligned with the Enterprise Architecture roadmap. Responsibilities include adhering to guidelines and best practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, and creating high-level and low-level software designs according to standards.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Over 6+ years designing enterprise applications using .Net technology
* Over 6+ years developing and supporting Web applications
* Knowledge of .Net Core, C#.Net, SQL, Web Services/WCF, XML, REST/JSON, NoSQL (e.g., Postgres)
* Strong API design experience
* Experience with Software Patterns
* Knowledge of Cloud technologies and cloud architecture
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget
* Understanding of development methodologies and standards
* Familiarity with Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and project leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Desired Skills:
* Experience with Architecture Design Patterns like DDD, Event-Driven Architecture
* Experience with enterprise workflows (e.g., Camunda)
* UI design experience
* Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry
Role Responsibilities:
* Ensure all technical solutions are documented and aligned with standards
* Develop high-level software designs ensuring stability, resilience, and performance
* Lead low-level design and documentation for new projects
* Oversee adherence to coding standards and conduct peer reviews
* Ensure web applications comply with security standards and guidelines
* Provide detailed design documentation for software components
* Develop and optimize web applications to meet business needs
* Collaborate with architecture and product teams to simplify integrations
* Partner with leadership to understand requirements and define solutions
* Ensure APIs and services meet standards and security protocols
* Support transition to Agile delivery methodologies
* Perform hands-on analysis and programming as needed
* Support deployment and maintenance of web services and solutions
* Incorporate upgrades and refactoring into designs and communicate changes
* Provide technical support during client interactions
* Contribute to architecture committees and strategic initiatives
* Drive innovation through POCs and R&D
