About The Role
As Team Leader, you will guide a production team through safe, high‑quality, and efficient operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily activities, coaching team members, enabling learning, and ensuring compliance with Essity's operational standards. This role also plays a key part in implementing product initiatives and supporting continuous improvement across shifts.
What You Will Do
Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, maintenance, centerlining (CL), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standards to secure consistent, reliable production.
Team Leadership: Provide coaching, direction, and performance management to support development, accountability, and a positive team environment.
Resource Allocation: Optimize labor, time, and material usage across shifts to achieve production targets efficiently.
Continuous Learning: Execute onboarding processes and drive ongoing learning and skill-building within the team.
Incident Management: Act as the first point of contact for safety, quality, environmental, or disciplinary incidents and ensure timely, compliant actions.
Project Support: Participate in implementing new product initiatives and operational projects to strengthen line performance.
Operational Control: Oversee routine processes such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication (CIL), and documentation to maintain stability and compliance.
Who You Are
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role; relevant experience in manufacturing or production environments (5+ years advantageous).
Solid understanding of production processes, technical environments, and operational standards.
Knowledge of SAP (Advantageous).
Strong soft skills, including communication, leadership, influencing, conflict management, prioritization, time management, decision‑making, delegation, problem‑solving, interpersonal skills, coaching, stakeholder management, learning agility, customer focus, and financial awareness- applied in a practical, people‑focused way.
English Language skills are a must.

The site operates 24hrs / 365 days of the year, and this onsite role operates on a rotating shift schedule: two 07:00–19:00 shifts, two 19:00–07:00 shifts with a 10 min handover at the start of each shift.
