This is a great job for someone with a deep understanding of selling to discretionary businesses. We’re hiring a Business Development Director to drive growth within our UK Wealth team. Based in London, you’ll lead new business development with Discretionary Fund Managers (DFMs), private banks, and family offices. Collaboration is central to this role and you’ll work closely with the UK Wholesale team to align on key accounts and deliver integrated solutions across the discretionary and advisory landscape.
Familiarity with private markets is a plus, especially in the context of evolving regulatory landscapes and their impact on product offerings.
Highly self-motivated with the drive to own and deliver business development opportunities from start to finish.

~In this role you’ll be ‘Certified’ under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that we’ll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we’ll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain ‘fit and proper’ and competent to carry out your role. We’ll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
