Job Description
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on school needs.
* Deliver high‑quality phonics interventions and small‑group support.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to create engaging and supportive learning environments.
* Provide tailored support to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum.
* Assist with classroom preparation, behaviour support, and progress tracking.

Ideal Candidate
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience delivering phonics programmes (Read Write Inc, Letters & Sounds, or similar).
* Previous work in a primary setting, ideally across multiple key stages.
* A positive, nurturing approach to supporting children.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A genuine passion for helping children thrive academically and personally.
