The Role:
As a Production Operative, youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. Youll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
* Pack and label finished products accurately
* Report any issues or faults to the team leader
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures
Hours of Work:
* Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 (£12.30)
* Monday - Thursday, 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00, rotating twice weekly (£12.30-£13.34)
* Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 06:00 - 18:00 (£13.34)
