Senior Growth Marketing Manager Hayes, Hybrid We are looking for a talented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own our performance marketing and help us scale. You will sit at the intersection of paid media, lifecycle, attribution, and tooling, working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics to understand how leads are acquired, how they flow through to our sales team, and how to measure what is working. This is a hands-on role with a strategic lens, reporting to our Marketing Director. Key Responsibilities: Own and scale paid media channels end to end across paid search, display, and emerging channels including LLMs and AI, maximising Return on Investment and ensuring that our B2B lead generation strategy is working effectively and set up correctly. Develop and lead a structured experimentation framework across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Running A/B tests across budget management, ad creatives, landing pages, and other initiatives, using data and insight to identify and act on growth opportunities. Oversee the broader digital mix including organic search, website, content, and lifecycle marketing to ensure the right messages reach the right audience at every stage of the funnel, with a clear focus on moving qualified leads from MQL through to demo and conversion. Build AI-powered tools and workflows that speed up execution, surface better insight, and improve output quality across our paid media channels, with a nose for new opportunities and a bias for building. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the team and stakeholders clear visibility of channel performance, pipeline contribution, and key growth metrics. Own the technical infrastructure that connects Marketing and Sales, including UTM hygiene, lead flow between systems, QA processes, and attribution logic across inbound, SDR, and partner-sourced deals, ensuring we capture and act on every signal of intent. About you: 5 years of growth or performance marketing experience in a B2B growth-stage company or scale-up. Hands-on experience managing significant budgets across paid media channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation. Experience with intent data tools such as Salesloft, Clay, Lusha, or similar, including cross-device tracking and signal enrichment. Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive or HubSpot, and tools like Calendly and Typeform that sit across the lead capture and sales workflow. Working knowledge in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and events tracking, as well as conversion tracking including enhanced conversions, with experience using connector tools like Outfunnel, Zapier or Make. Experience with CMS platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress, or Webflow. A self starter with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and functions. A genuine curiosity to grow into new areas of marketing and the drive to figure out how to make them work.
