CNC Turner (Precision Engineering) – Great Yarmouth
Salary: Up to £48,000

About the role
We are a fast‑growing engineering company that manufactures high‑precision components for aerospace, defence, subsea and high‑end engineering. We are looking for a skilled CNC Turner to program, set up and operate CNC turners, interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining tight tolerances and producing quality components.
Key Responsibilities
* Programming, setting up and operating CNC turners.
* Interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances.
* Manufacturing precision components for aerospace, defence, subsea, high‑end engineering.
* Maintaining high quality and health & safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* Background as a CNC Turner or equivalent.
* Apprenticeship trained or 3+ years machining experience.
* Strong understanding of tooling, materials and tolerances.
* Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 16:30. Overtime available in the week. Saturdays paid at 1.33× during the week and 1.5× on Saturdays.
