Position
Door to Door Regional Manager – responsible for building a new London region and managing multiple door-to-door fundraising teams to support Guide Dog training.
Duties
* Interview and hire fundraisers
* Train team leaders to run each team
* Motivate and train team members continuously
* Hold regular one‑to‑one meetings with managers
* Monitor and drive all key performance indicators
* Manage payroll and iPad allocation through Evergiving
* Fundraise in the field
Qualifications
* Proven track record as a door‑to‑door manager (sales or fundraising)
* Experience managing a multi‑team region
* Strong analytical skills and results‑driving ability
* Excellent interviewing and training skills
* Fluent, spoken English at an excellent level
