Sprinklr Implementation Consultant Location: Nottingham (onsite) Role Type: Contracting The Role As a Sprinklr Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-grade customer experience solutions for a major client within a fast-moving industry sector. You will work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, helping the organisation optimise customer engagement, streamline omnichannel communication, and improve service performance through Sprinklr Modern Care and related systems. You will lead the design, configuration, and integration of Sprinklr capabilities into complex technology landscapes, ensuring seamless alignment with business needs while providing expert consultancy to stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities (Up to 10, consolidated and non-repetitive) Configure and implement Sprinklr Modern Care solutions in alignment with business requirements. Analyse client needs and design scalable, effective technical solutions. Integrate Sprinklr with CRM, marketing cloud, voice, and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery. Provide expert-level technical guidance, support, and user training to stakeholders. Develop and maintain high-quality technical and solution documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement optimisation strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Sprinklr modules. Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure they meet timelines and quality standards. Stay current with Sprinklr Modern Care enhancements, best practices, and platform capabilities. Your Profile Essential Skills and Experience (Up to 10, streamlined and non-repetitive) 10 years of experience in enterprise customer service software deployment and configuration. Expert proficiency in Sprinklr Modern Care (or similar CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Avaya). Strong scripting and development skills (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, CSS). Proven experience integrating Sprinklr with CRM, ticketing, and marketing cloud systems. Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and engagement workflows. Strong project management expertise with Agile methodology experience. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience delivering end-user training and managing project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Desirable Skills Experience within the UK retail sector and customer service operations. Knowledge of industry frameworks such as ITIL or Contact Centre standards. Sprinklr certifications or certifications in related technologies. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS environments.
