We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring that landscaped areas are kept in pristine condition. Duties
* Perform grounds maintenance tasks including though not exclusive to, mowing, strimming, hedge cutting.
* Operate hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
* Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas requiring attention or repair.
* Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order to promote safety and efficiency.
* A passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal demands
Qualifications
* Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping Is required.
* Physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
* Attention to detail with a keen eye for maintaining aesthetic quality in outdoor spaces.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
* A valid full UK drivers license is required.
