Job Duties:
* Deliver English and Maths functional skills outreach sessions to students
* Assess individual learning needs and develop tailored learning plans
* Provide support and guidance to help students achieve their academic goals
* Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed
* Collaborate with other educators and professionals to enhance learning outcomes
Required Qualifications:
* Teaching qualification in English and Maths
* Experience in delivering functional skills education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of teaching experience in English and Maths
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of functional skills curriculum
* Ability to create engaging lesson plans
* Proficiency in using educational technology
* Organisational and time management skills
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in learners homes or local libraries
* Potential travel to different locations within Greater London

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
