Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Global Quality, Compliance & Payroll Service Delivery Lead to join our Global Payroll team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building a new capability to oversee the quality, compliance, and service delivery of multi-country payroll operations, ensuring strict adherence to global tax laws and data protection regulations.
As a foundational member of this new team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the robust quality control systems that will minimize payroll errors and manage risk for a multinational workforce.
What You'll Do
In this key leadership role, you will:
1. Lead the development and enforcement of quality control guidelines, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance across all jurisdictions.
2. Collaborate with Human Resources (HR), Finance, Legal, and external third-party payroll providers to align payroll strategies, manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and optimize retained team processes.
3. Manage the implementation of unified payroll technology, integrating systems with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Finance platforms to automate multi-country calculations, reduce errors, and enhance scalability.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
4. Significant payroll management experience, preferably supporting multi-country operations.
5. In-depth knowledge of payroll controls, compliance regulations, and experience with various Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and Finance systems (such as WorkDay, Strada, ADP, or Oracle).
6. Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward common goals, fostering a compliance-focused culture and managing vendor performance.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
