Job Title: CNC Turner Setter/Operator Location: Rochford, EssexSalary: £30,000 - £38,500 (dependent on experience)Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:45 - 16:30 (37-hour week) 4 day weekOvertime AvailableAbout the Role:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist / Setter (Turner) to join our growing team in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. As a key supplier to the aerospace industry, we produce a wide range of high-tolerance components using CNC machines with Fanuc, Seiki, and Heidenhain controls. This role offers the potential to progress into a Team Lead position.Key Responsibilities: Set and operate CNC Turning Machines, Lathes, Turning Mills, and Bar Feeders Set and Operate Doosan, Hardinge, Mori, and Star machines Ensure quality control is maintained to meet business and customer standards Manufacture components in materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, and Inconel Collaborate with the team to meet production targets in a fast-paced environmentSkills and Experience Required: Experience with Fixed Head/Sliding Head machines using Fanuc and Seiki controls Strong mechanical understanding and ability to use hand tools Skilled in working to tight tolerances and reading engineering drawings Experience with Bar Feed Machines (Desirable) Experience with Twin Spindle Twin Turret Machines (Desirable)Benefits: Pension Plan Health Cash Plan Life Insurance Scheme Employee Assistance Scheme (24/7 GP access and discounts on shopping)If you feel you are suitable please apply or contact Callum Withey for more information.
