About the Role In this role, you will: Provide day-to-day case management support and guidance to a small team of HUB and Helpline IDVAs across Barnsley &Sheffield. Hold a small caseload of high-risk clients, offering practical and emotional support. Oversee case allocation, staff rotas, and performance management. Ensure safeguarding concerns are addressed and services are delivered in line with IDAS policies. Liaise with external agencies including police, legal services, housing, and health professionals. Represent IDAS at MARAC, case conferences, and multi-agency meetings. Deliver and oversee group programmes for clients. Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
