This is an exciting opportunity to join Tesco Creative Studio. Our work across Tesco Group, including Retail, IMS, and Mobile, as well as multiple markets in the UK, ROI & Central Europe. This role will be focused on ensuring best-in-class creative execution and operational efficiency across the Creative Studio.

* Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

Responsibilities
* Creative Workflow Management – Oversee production from briefing to completion, managing timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.
* Technology & Systems Management – Support automation and AI-based tools to improve efficiency. Ensure teams have the right tools and access (Adobe CC, Figma, Workfront, etc.).
* Process Optimisation – Develop streamlined workflows, improve briefing processes, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights.
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with key stakeholders to align creative executions with KPIs and secure buy-in for campaigns.
* Resource & Capacity Management – Ensure the right resources are allocated efficiently, tracking team capacity and utilisation.
* Reporting & Decision-Making – Use data and performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and inform process improvements to drive team productivity.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or production.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools.
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
