Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Assembly Workers to join our client in Basildon on tractor manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble tractor parts and components according to specifications and assembly instructions.
* Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely to complete assembly tasks.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet manufacturing standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and safety protocols.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
* Team-oriented with good communication skills.
