As a Duty Manager you will Ensure the highest possible standards of health & safety and customer care within the centre. Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with our members, building strong relationships. A national pool lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential as we can fully fund the course *Ideally you will have a Pool Plant Operations qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification Will be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required.
