What You’ll Do Be Doing
* Contractor Onboarding: Validate details, conduct right-to-work checks, issue contracts and manage the reference & vetting process
* Client Compliance: Prepare accurate contracts
* Data & Reporting: Maintain precise records across various systems and complete monthly audits and MI reporting
* Support Delivery: Approve timesheets, resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly
* Stakeholder Support: Act as the first point for contactor compliance queries and working collaboratively with internal teams

Requirements
* Proven administration / coordination experience gained in a recruitment or sales environment
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to compliance excellence
