Conduct accurate repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicle makes and models as a Vehicle Technician
Diagnose vehicle faults and ensure repair solutions are safe, efficient, and compliant with manufacturer and industry standards
Complete all work within specified timescales, maintaining high quality and safety standards
Assist and provide guidance to fellow Vehicle Technicians, offering diagnostic support and technical advice
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle condition and repair progress
Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure parts are ordered and used correctly
Keep the workshop environment clean, safe, and organised at all times
Follow manufacturer protocols and retailer policies at all timesRequirements:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealer environment preferred
Strong diagnostic and electronic system knowledge
Valid UK driving license
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
Good team player with a proactive approach to work
