Salary between £45,000 £50,000 per year along with bonus and staff benefits package. Our client: Part of a larger hotel collection with four- and five-star properties across the UK, the Island of Ireland and further afield. Over 35 years in business with a reach in commercial, residential and retail business, employing over 1000 staff, and experienced in restoring and renovating listed heritage buildings. The role: With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Deputy General Manager will: Work hand in hand with the GM, taking on the responsibility to make sure all departments and the wider business are ran effectively and efficiently, while also delivering a world-class customer experience. The person: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Able to manage, motivate and support a team. Experience in recruitment, absence management, coaching/training, performance, appraisals and driving the highest standards across the hotel. Risk assessment knowledge. Solid history of experience in Hospitality. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written along with excellent negotiation skills. Solid organisational skills, the ability to plan and prioritise and work effectively to deadlines. On offer: Salary up to £45,000 - £50,000 per year along with 10% bonus.
