Account Manager
Location:Chester (ideally office based but happy to discuss hybrid)

Hours:MondayFriday, 8:30am5:00pm
Salary:£30-35k basic plus bonus

What Youll Be Doing
* Managing and growing existing key customer accounts
* Responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service
* Producing quotes and converting opportunities into sales
* Proactively contacting customers to develop new business
* Following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records
* Monitoring account performance and hitting agreed KPIs
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
About you
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience in putting together quotes for clients and following up
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
* A proactive, self-motivated approach

* Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (preferred)
