Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Executive Team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help our leaders focus on what they do best steering the company towards success. You'll be the go to person for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling inter team communications, making you an essential part of our Executive Team's day to day operations and long term goals.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Experience of organising Executive global travel.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in administrative support or office management.
• Event management experience.
