The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of high-end residential refurbishment projects ranging from £500k to £10m. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Project Managers, and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
* Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
* Procurement and management of subcontract packages
* Valuations, variations, and change control management
* Cost reporting and forecasting
* Negotiation and agreement of final accounts
* Managing client and subcontractor relationships
* Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-end refurbishment / prime residential contracting / or specialist subcontractor.
* Experience managing projects in the £500k – £10m range
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred)
* Ambitious, commercially driven, and detail-oriented
