Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Progressor to join a luxury Residential Build to Rent development. This role is pivotal in managing the lettings process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for organisation, contributing to the overall success of our lettings operations. Job Title:Lettings Progressor (BTR) Location: Leeds Salary: up to £30,000 per annum Bonus Duties Process and respond to tenancy enquiries in a timely manner Liaise with the Legal team to implement tenancy updates Lead in serving, reporting and monitoring of statutory legal notices including but not limited to Section 21s, Section 8s and Section 13s Provide renewal and price increase notices to residents Contribute to achieving lettings targets Respond to email and phone enquiries in a timely manner Process resident applications and carry out background and credit checks Assist with move in / move out customer journey procedures Assist with rent collection Requirements Proven administrative experience within a lettings or property management environment is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Experience of working within property lettings, build to rent (BTR), purpose built student accommodation (PBSA), serviced apartments or private residential sector Awareness of the Renters Rights Bill and experience handling tenancy compliance A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
