Job Summary / Role Overview
The Business Development Director will lead the business development, sales, and marketing strategy for the Company Secretarial Services division. This role is focused on revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility while collaborating with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver revenue growth aligned with annual business targets
* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Drive pipeline development and manage prospect engagement
* Lead bid management and proposal development processes
* Identify and act on market trends and competitor insights
* Collaborate across business units to drive cross-selling opportunities
* Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies
* Enhance brand visibility through digital and traditional channels
* Identify PR opportunities and manage media engagement
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Required Qualifications / What We're Looking For
* Degree-level education with evidence of further study
* Extensive experience in professional services business development
* Proven track record of revenue generation and strategic growth
* Strong professional network within relevant industries
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
