Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00

The Role
As a Sales & Development Executive, you’ll be a key part of the growth strategy—responsible for identifying and securing new business across all transport modes. You’ll play a hands‑on role in both office-based and client-facing activities to build strong, profitable relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business leads and convert sales opportunities
* Grow sales across FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight, and road freight (imports and exports)
* Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to develop leads and nurture accounts
* Visit clients and attend meetings as part of a flexible, field‑based approach
* Prepare accurate and professional quotations, including all necessary terms and conditions
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and relationship management
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of freight sales experience (sea, air, and road)
* Proven success in sales and business development within freight forwarding
* Strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain operations
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Friendly, approachable, and motivated personality
* A collaborative team player with strong English and maths skills
* (Desirable) Existing transferable business contacts or client portfolio
