3. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Process employee payments, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
6. Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions in a professional manner.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless operations.
8. Generate payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
9. Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance.
10. Assist in improving payroll systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
11. Previous experience in payroll administration or a related role.
12. Strong understanding of payroll systems and legislation.
13. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
16. Effective communication skills for resolving payroll queries.
