Your New Role
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and driving a positive, high‑performance culture across the site. You will be firm, driven and assertive where required, whilst remaining approachable and enthusiastic.
This is a strategic and hands‑on generalist role where you will:
1. Partner with leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and succession planning.
2. Lead and embed performance management processes, ensuring effective goal‑setting, feedback and development planning.
3. Support employee relations matters, providing expert guidance and ensuring fair,pliant oues.
4. Drive engagement through HR campaigns, onboarding, culture initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
5. Analyse HR metrics to provide insights that inform decision‑making and enhance people management practices.
6. Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence acrosspensation & benefits, learning & development, and recruitment.
7. Lead and contribute to HR projects focused on talent development, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
8. Build strong relationships across the business, promoting a unified, collaborative approach to people management.
9. Ensure HR documentation, data and reporting are accurate,pliant and well‑maintained.

What You Will Need to Succeed
10. Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner within a fast‑paced environment (, FMCG, manufacturing, technical operations ideally).
11. Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
12. Demonstrable experience managingplex employee relations cases.
13. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
14. Strong analytical capability with experience using HR data to drive decisions.
15. Experience leading change and supporting cultural transformation.
16. Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
17. Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools.
18. CIPD Level 5 (minimum) and a relevant degree; Level 7 or advanced HR/OD qualifications are advantageous.
