Circet DCS are looking for an experienced Project Director Hyperscale to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers delivering across the hyperscale client's portfolio
* Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and trust
* Drive programme delivery, resource planning, and performance tracking across jurisdictions
* Implement and refine operational frameworks, reporting tools, and escalation protocols
* Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and commercial control
* Support strategic planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Represent Circet DCS in client meetings, reviews, and governance forums
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
* Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to the level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver without delays.
* Ensure procurement and reconciliation of materials and sub-contractors is carried out in accordance with Circet's procedures.
* Ensure site team compliance with Circet's commercial policies and procedures.
* Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to site teams.
* Ensure a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of the project.
* Increase productivity without compromising on safety and continuously drive efficiency.
* Improve DCS performance and reduce avoidable street works charges.
* Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs and forecasts.
