About the Role
You’ll manage production during your shift, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained to high standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll support a culture of continuous improvement while leading a team of four operators and technicians — with scope to expand your team as the company grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead day-to-day production operations during your shift in a GMP-compliant environment
2. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met consistently
