Description Join Our Leisure Team – Where No Two Days Are the Same! At Butlin’s, Getting Stuck In is more than just a value — it’s how we make magic happen for our guests. We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and flexible Team Members who love variety and thrive on making people smile. This is a multi-skilled role working across both our Accommodation and Leisure departments, giving you the chance to support guests in different ways throughout their stay. On Mondays and Fridays, you’ll be part of our accommodation team, cleaning and preparing guest rooms ready for new arrivals — making sure everything is sparkling, welcoming, and just right. For the rest of the week, you’ll switch gears and join our leisure team, getting involved in a wide range of guest activities. That could mean supporting sessions in soft play, leading pottery or ceramic painting, helping kids design their own T-shirts, or joining in with football, archery, high ropes, and more. You’ll be right at the heart of the fun — guiding, encouraging, and interacting with guests of all ages. Previous experience in sports coaching or activity delivery is a bonus, but it’s not essential. What really matters is your can-do attitude, positive energy, and passion for creating memorable moments. About You We’re looking for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new things, working with different teams, and making every guest feel special. You’ll need to be confident leading activities, chatting with guests, and jumping into new tasks with enthusiasm. Our resort operates seven days a week, so you’ll need to be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
