What you will be doing:
We have an opportunity for a Parts Supervisor to join our busy aftersales team, working Monday – Friday (No weekends).
The role involves
Running the day-to-day team and processes;
Processing parts orders for Trade and Retail customers and our workshop;
Managing stock levels in line with our stock policy.
Supplying, receiving and actively selling parts
Taking requests and orders from customers and other departments and ensure that their requirements are correctly identified and met in a timely manner
Preparing orders to purchase parts
Preparing invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and other documents
Handling, protecting and packaging parts and to check, inspect and test incoming, outgoing and stock parts
Following our stocking policy
Working towards targeted KPI's with our Regional Parts Manager ensuring these are hit.
Preparing for stock checking including daily perpetuals in line with our policy.
What we need from you:
Ability to lead a team of three and advise when needed
Willingness to learn, be adaptable and flexible
Able to provide the highest quality of service to customers
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the telephone
Ability to follow procedures
High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Organisational skills
A proactive and forward thinker
Interest in cars and the automotive industry
Confidence in leading a team and enjoy working as part of a team
A UK driving licence would be preferred; but not essential
