Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas, studios, gym floor and poolside.
* Refine guest experience and respond to poolside alarms as needed.
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high member satisfaction.
* Work safely in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe.
Qualifications
* A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
* A friendly, communicative demeanor and ability to talk to everyone.
* Ability to deliver outstanding customer service leading to exceptional member satisfaction.
* Solutions-oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen.
* Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe.
