Shift patterns: Working any 5 from 7, 8am-4pm. There is a potential for the role to change to 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation in the future

We are now looking for a Co-Pack First Line Manager to manage end-to-end co-packing operations, optimise workflow, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead, manage, and support a team of colleagues within the co‑pack area to achieve daily operational targets
* Ensure all tasks are completed safely, adhering to site policies, SOPs, and legislative requirements
* Maintain quality standards across all co‑pack lines, ensuring products meet specification and customer expectations
* Monitor performance, address issues proactively, and provide regular feedback, coaching, and development
* Drive continuous improvement by reviewing KPIs and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste
* Support the planning and coordination of labour to meet fluctuating production demands
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an operational or warehouse environment
* Strong people‑management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and influence
* Knowledge of co‑packing operations (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment
