About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents living with dementia. You’ll provide person-centered care, ensuring dignity, respect, and comfort at all times. No two days are the same—this is a role full of purpose, reward, and connection.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing and dressing
* Supporting meal times and promoting independence
* Engaging residents in meaningful activities to enhance wellbeing
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Monitoring health and wellbeing, reporting concerns to senior staff
* Ensuring dignity, respect, and a safe, nurturing environment
