This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Family lawyer to play a key role in building and developing our established national Family team, contributing to both regional and national growth while delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

We act for a diverse and high‑quality client base, including high‑net‑worth individuals, C‑suite executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, landowners, professionals, international clients, sportspeople and those in the entertainment industry, and their partners or spouses.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a high quality Family practice in Liverpool aligned with national strategy
* Attract and deliver quality family and other client referrals through internal and external relationships.
* Lead business development and profile‑raising activities locally and contribute to national initiatives
* Manage a strong personal client practice, including complex and high‑value matters
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across offices and practice areas
* Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team
* Play an active role in shaping the future direction of the Family offering
