As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and quality of care at the home.
Lead and manage a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, care delivery, and resident activities
Act as the CQC Registered Manager, maintaining readiness for inspections and audits
Foster a home-like environment and build strong relationships with residents and families
Manage budgets and contribute to strategic planningThe Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Care Home Manager role will possess the following:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent
Experience managing a residential care home or similar regulated service
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
Excellent communication and leadership skills
