What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
* Acting as a trusted first point of contact via phone and email
* Proactively following up quotations and identifying upsell opportunities
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Supporting the external sales team with account activity and insights
* Providing delivery updates, ETAs, and customer reporting
* Coordinating bespoke products and customer stock-holding services
* Taking full ownership of tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
