Job Description
We are looking for a caring, reliable and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support an energetic 8-year-old boy with complex needs.

Role & Responsibilities
Work closely with parents to plan activities that help burn energy, provide stimulation, and meet his developmental needs
Ensure his safety at all times
Provide hands-on support with personal care and daily tasks
Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment
He Is Fully Non-verbal, Very Active, And Has No Sense Of Danger Or Awareness Of His Surroundings. He Must Not Be Left Unattended At Any Time. He Requires Constant Supervision And Support With Everyday Tasks Including
Eating and drinking
Dressing
Nappy changing
Daily routines and personal care
Specific Requirements
A Person Who Is
Patient, calm and understanding
Reliable, flexible, and trustworthy
Experienced in supporting children with severe difficulties and autism
Able to communicate clearly with parents and team members
Required Training
First Aid training (essential)
Experience With Autism And Complex Needs (required)
SENCO experience/qualification (desirable but not essential
Advert Details
Employer Gender: Male
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Hours Per Week: 12 hours per week
How will the hours be used: Mon 4 hours, Wed 4 hours, Fri 4 hours
