Job Description
3. Provide expert advice on private client tax matters, including tax planning and compliance.
4. Manage and develop a portfolio of private client tax clients.
5. Prepare and review personal tax returns and other compliance tasks.
6. Assisting with the preparation of IHT and trust tax planning advisory reports for HNWIs, agricultural clients and business owners.
7. Support the team with complex tax queries and technical issues.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
9. Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with current regulations.
10. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Tax Manager should have:
11. Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy, such as CTA or STEP (QBE candidates will be considered).
12. IHT and trust advisory experience preferred.
13. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored tax solutions.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
