You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive commercial team, working alongside a highly regarded Commercial Director who is hands-on, approachable, and invested in developing their team.
Alongside managing your own projects, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring and supporting three promising Assistant and Graduate Quantity Surveyors, helping shape the next generation of commercial talent within the business.
The Role
* Commercial management of civils and surfacing packages on residential developments
* Working directly with major housebuilders and developers
* Cost control, forecasting, and reporting across live projects
* Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers
* Valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Supporting, mentoring, and developing Assistant and Graduate QSs
This role would suit someone who:
* Has experience within civils, surfacing, or residential housebuilding
