Responsibilities
* Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients
* Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
* Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
* Educate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and management
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Qualifications
* Active license in state of employment
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management and organizational abilities
* Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records.
