Our new rates of pay and benefits apply from 1 January 2026.
Our starting rate of pay is £13.30 per hour (40 hours per week)
Once you are fully trained and have passed your probationary period you will earn £13.71 per hour
When you achieve your performance KPIs in full you will earn up to £14.40 per hour
All roles have the benefit of 23 days + 8 statutory holidays per year, a holiday buy and sell scheme, holidays increasing to 33 days per annum with service, life Insurance, health care cash plan with private GP service and employee assistance once you have passed your probationary period, private plus a retail discount programme, social events, treat days

As a Final Inspection Quality Controller, you will need to be detail orientated and proactive. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting visual and dimensional inspections
Identifying defects.
Performing touch-up tasks.
Recording inspection results and maintaining accurate documentation.
Working closely with production and machining teams.
Ensuring all reworked or repaired products meet quality standards
Adhering to company procedures and health & safety regulations
Maintaining clean and organised inspection and repair areas.
Completing training necessary to undertake a range of tasks.
Meeting your daily KPI targets
Other duties as assigned by management, including in other areas
To be successful you will have experience of working in a similar fast environment with a track record of commitment and dedication. Our workload is demanding, and our roles require skills that include:
Attention to detail
Meticulous care in handling our products
Lifting and moving products within the shop floor areas
Determination to succeed and ability to work at pace
A reliable and focussed work record and history
