Pay Rate: £13.84 per hour
Typical Shifts: Mon–Sun 7:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–9:00pm

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our supported living service in Werrington Peterborough. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day‑to‑day support.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working in LD and Autism.
