Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to fee earners across multiple departments.
* Manage legal files, including opening, closing, and archiving.
* Assist with billing, time recording, and cost tracking.
* Draft and format legal documents and correspondence.
* Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and arrange travel.
* Liaise with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently.
* Support with contract management and document review.
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a legal support role (legal admin, paralegal, or similar).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with legal billing and file management systems is a plus.
